Tjänsten
Hundsporter är en app för hundsport: att arrangera och anmäla till tävlingar, träna, spela in viltspår och följa resultat. Vi kan utveckla, ändra eller ta bort funktioner över tid.
Konto
Du ansvarar för att uppgifterna du anger är korrekta, för att skydda dina inloggningsuppgifter och för aktivitet på ditt konto.
Tillåten användning
Använd inte appen för olagliga ändamål, för att göra intrång i andras rättigheter eller för att störa tjänsten. Innehåll du lägger in (hundar, spår, resultat) äger du; du ger oss en licens att lagra och visa det i syfte att driva tjänsten.
Prenumeration och betalning
Hundsporter Pro är en prenumeration som förnyas automatiskt. Pris och period visas i appen innan köp. Betalning sker via Apple App Store eller Google Play och dras vid köp samt vid varje förnyelse om du inte stänger av automatisk förnyelse minst 24 timmar före periodens slut. Hantera eller avsluta prenumerationen i din enhets kontoinställningar. Återbetalning hanteras enligt respektive butiks regler och tvingande lag.
Ansvarsbegränsning
Appen tillhandahålls ”i befintligt skick”. Så långt lagen tillåter ansvarar vi inte för indirekta skador eller förlust av data. Inget i dessa villkor begränsar ansvar som inte kan begränsas enligt lag.
Uppsägning
Du kan sluta använda appen när som helst. Vi kan stänga av konton som bryter mot dessa villkor.
Tillämplig lag
Svensk lag gäller för dessa villkor.

The service
Hundsporter is an app for dog sports: organizing and entering competitions, training, recording blood-tracking trails (viltspår) and following results. We may develop, change or remove features over time.
Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, or to disrupt the service. You own the content you add (dogs, trails, results); you grant us a licence to store and display it for the purpose of operating the service.
Subscription & billing
Hundsporter Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Price and billing period are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and is charged at purchase and at each renewal unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your device’s account settings. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s policy and mandatory law.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
