Villkor för arrangörer
Senast uppdaterad 2026-10-01
Ställs tävlingen in

Organizer Terms
Last updated 2026-10-01
These terms apply if you organize a competition in Hundsporter and charge an entry fee — as a club or as an individual organizer. They apply in addition to the terms of use, which apply to everyone using the app.
You are the seller
Entry fees are paid into your own Stripe account, not to us. That makes you the seller towards the entrant: you are responsible for the competition, for running it, for refunds and for any payment disputes (chargebacks). Hundsporter is a platform that carries the entry and the payment — we do not organize the competition and never hold the money.
Stripe account
To take payments you need a Stripe account, connected from the app. The details you give during that connection — identity, company or personal ID number and bank account — go to Stripe, not to us. You also accept Stripe’s own agreement for connected accounts, and Stripe decides independently whether your account may accept payments.
What it costs
Hundsporter takes 5% of the entry fee. It is deducted automatically when the entrant pays, before the money reaches your balance — nothing is invoiced and nothing is owed afterwards. If you belong to a club whose federation has bought the fee out for the sport, our share is 0%; the app shows which applies when you set the price.
Stripe’s own fees for accepting the payment are on top of that and come out of your account. They depend on how the entrant chooses to pay, so the figure the app shows before you set a price is approximate and labelled as such. What Stripe deducts is what Stripe deducts.
The minimum entry fee is 50 kr. Free competitions are free to organize: no payment is created and no fee is taken.
Payouts
Money is paid out from your Stripe account to your bank account on Stripe’s payout schedule. We do not control the timing and cannot hold back or speed up a payout.
Places and unpaid entries
A started entry holds the place for 30 minutes. If it is not paid within that time the place is released again. A paid entry appears on the start list.
Refunds
You issue refunds yourself in Stripe, since the money is in your account. The start list follows automatically: a fully refunded entry releases the place, a partially refunded one does not — the dog is still coming.
Two things do not come back. Our fee is not refunded automatically when you refund an entry; get in touch if a competition is cancelled and we will sort it out. Stripe’s fee is not refunded at all — that is Stripe’s policy, not ours.
If the competition is cancelled
You refund the entry fees. You received them, and the entrant paid you.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the competition details being correct, for following the rules of the discipline and any federation requirements, and for taxes and charges on what you take in. You are also responsible for handling entrants’ data — name, dog, class — in line with data protection law. You receive it to run the competition, and for nothing else. See the privacy policy.
Suspension
We may switch off your ability to take payments if these terms are breached, if Stripe closes the account, or on reasonable suspicion of fraud. Money already in your Stripe account is untouched.
Changes
We may change these terms. Changes that affect what you pay are announced before they take effect, and do not apply to competitions already published with a price.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
